US Shipping

We only sell and ship to the contiguous United States.

Shipping is $9.95 for orders $99.99 or less (excluding applicable tax) shipped by USPS or UPS Ground (our choice) to the contiguous United States.


APO / FPO addresses: APO/ FPO addresses incur shipping costs of 18.00 per pair. Shipping to APO and FPO addresses ship USPS Priority Mail. 

Free shipping applies only to orders $100 USD or more (excluding applicable tax) shipped by USPS or UPS Ground (our choice) to the contiguous United States. (Excludes APO / FPO addresses)

Standard shipping rates are not reimbursed for items returned for a refund.

Davidson Shoes reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

    International Shipping

    We are currently not selling/shipping Internationally.

    Return Policy


    UN-WORN FOOTWEAR

    Only accept items returned within 30 days from the day it was received.

    Only accept returns that are unworn, unused and in resalable condition.

    NO RESTOCK fees for merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • In the original packaging. (Shoe box)
    • In a protective shipping carton or in brown wrapping paper. ($5.00 reboxing fee if sent otherwise)
    • We do not do exchanges; a new order will need to be placed.
    • Davidson Shoes Inc. does NOT pay for nor reimburse for return shipping costs on any non–defective return.
    • Ensure return packages - we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.


    WORN FOOTWEAR

    May not be returned because:
    • It does not fit right.
    • You do not find it comfortable.
    • It has been mistreated or abused.
    • Your friends or relatives do not like them.


    CANCELING A SHIPPED ORDER

    Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is canceled or refused.

    WARRANTY POLICY


    WARRANTY

    All merchandise is warranted against manufacturers defects for 60 days, from date of receipt.


    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    All merchandise thought to be defective must have a Return Authorization # (R.A.)

    1. Please call 1-585-394-5417 to obtain return instructions for any merchandise thought to be defective.

    2.Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired, or returned in a timely manner.

    3. Remember to ensure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
